Pre-painted steel

The pre‑painted steels manufactured and marketed by Maghreb Steel undergo a meticulous production process: hot‑dip coating with a layer of zinc, surface preparation, application of liquid organic materials, and then passage through an oven for curing.

Each organic coating is tailored to a specific environment and gives the sheet an aesthetic appearance while providing additional protection against corrosion. The choice of the paint system depends on the conditions in which the product will be used and the resulting technical requirements. Maghreb Steel’s pre‑painted products for outdoor applications are available in a rich variety of colors and surface finishes, each with its own properties and specific uses.

Pre‑painted steels are used in several sectors: building and construction (cladding profiles, roofing, partitions, coverings…), general industry (suspended ceilings, lighting, metal furniture, heating and air‑conditioning casings…), household appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens…).
