Maghreb Steel’s sandwich panels are monolithic components made up of two faces of galvanized and pre‑painted steel sheets with a rigid polyurethane foam core. With excellent insulation capacity and tightness against moisture infiltration, these composite panels are designed with high load‑bearing capacity and rigidity, enabling them to withstand mechanical stress. Maghreb Steel’s sandwich panel production line is a state‑of‑the‑art facility that guarantees high dimensional precision and consistent product quality. Our sandwich panels are suitable for use in several sectors: industry (factories, warehouses, cold rooms…), agriculture (storage sheds, livestock shelters…), and housing (verandas, site accommodations…).

Our range of sandwich panels meets the specific needs of each application:

• “Dalakit” sandwich panel: Roofing panel with a steel sheet thickness of 0.3 mm and a foam thickness of 30 mm
• “IsoMur” sandwich panel: Cladding and partition panel with a steel sheet thickness from 0.5 mm to 0.3 mm and a foam thickness from 30 mm to 200 mm
• “IsoToit”: Sandwich panel for metal roofing with a steel sheet thickness from 0.3 mm to 0.5 mm and a foam thickness from 30 mm to 200 mm
• “IsoFrigo”: Insulated sandwich panel for cold storage with a steel sheet thickness of 0.5 mm and a foam thickness of 100 mm
