Pre-Painting Process

Pre-painting is a continuous surface treatment by applying one or two layers of organic coating to each side of the galvanized sheet. The pre-painted sheet metal can thus be profiled, folded and stamped without compromising the quality of the coating, which has total and irreversible adhesion to the support metal. The liquid paints used by Maghreb Steel are Polyester, Polyurethane, PVDF, Plastisol, etc. depending on the destination of the finished product.

Building and construction (cladding profiles, roofing, partitions, roofing, tiles, etc.), general industry (false ceilings, lighting fixtures, metal furniture, covering of heating and air conditioning appliances, etc.), small and large household appliances, etc.
